Mr. Wittenstein, a co-founder of the firm, is an experienced litigation attorney who has been practicing law for 45 years.  He has handled virtually every type of complex matter, including antitrust cases, constitutional cases, breach of contract cases, securities fraud cases, breach of fiduciary duty cases, insurance cases, employment discrimination cases, theft of trade secret cases, trademark infringement cases, cases involving the rights to real estate, cases involving joint ventures, and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.

These matters have involved a broad array of different industries, including the dairy industry, the computer software industry, the securities industry, the life insurance settlement industry, and the real estate development business.

Mr. Wittenstein has appeared in federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, and the District of Columbia, as well as various state courts.  He has also argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the New York Court of Appeals, and intermediate appellate courts of New York.

Mr. Wittenstein is a graduate of Yale College and Cornell Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of The Cornell Law Review.
